Es muy tranquilo. La locación relativamente céntrica, tanto para ir a Mahon como a Ciudadella.

El parking demasiado estrecho.

Appartement vieillissant mais fonctionnel. Bien équipé Belle terrasse. Vue sur le golf. Bel espace piscine. Hôte au top. Merci pour toutes les infos envoyées

Le carrelage décollé dans la cuisine

Tiene una terraza agradable y las camas son cómodas

El primer día no estaba hecha una de las camas, pero quitando ese despiste el resto ha estado muy bien. No hemos encontrado loa contenedores de basura de separación y a pesar de que en Booking indique que la casa cuenta con gel, champú y secador no es el caso. Supongo que lo tendrán que corregir.

The large terrace with a big dining table and sunbeds with lovely view was nice however it was difficult to relax out there as the air conditioning machine had been placed so that the hot air from it blows out directly onto the terrace. You could log in to your own netflix on the TV.

The air conditioning was a big problem while staying here in the summer, it didn't go very cold and you could only feel the slightly cooler air from it if you sat directly in front of it. There was only one machine in the lounge. The bedrooms were boiling hot so we didn't sleep, two of them had small noisy fans in, we had to buy a fan for the 3rd bedroom which we were not reimbursed for. The apartment overall is in need of some updating as it is quite outdated. There's a dishwasher & washing machine but there was no dishwasher tablets or detergent provided. There appeared to be an ant problem, as soon as a meal had been prepared ants were suddenly swarming over the chopping board. The parking space was very tight and difficult to maneuver in and out of. Before checking out we took the rubbish out to the bins using the limited bin bags we were supplied with. After checking out the host had the audacity to contact us to complain of how we left the apartment and that we should of left it as if it were our own home after we had spent time clearing up, wiping the surfaces, filling the dishwasher and emptying the rubbish before check out. They sent photos including an unmade bed, a few glasses left over by the sink and a couple of packaged food bits we had left to avoid wastage after also filling the binbags. I have never experienced being told off for not tidying up & cleaning an apartment I have paid to rent!! I've attached the photos below we were sent!
