Las vistas y ubicación del apartamento. Muy bien la cantidad de accesorios que tiene el apartamento (sombrillas, tendedero, aire acondicionado, ventilador, tostador...)
- Hay mucho ruido entre viviendas, se escucha simplemente hablar - Ducha se sale el agua por el perfil del plato de ducha - No tiene campana extractora en cocina - La foto de la segunda habitación no es real, entre ambas camas apenas se puede pasar
