Quite well equipped, though a few things were missing - that's why "just" very good and not "excellent". Paris is quite expensive, and although this apartment is in the less pricy class, it was still certainly not budget. But the offer and equipment were still rather good. In the neighborhood there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, "Metro" station
There quite a few ants in the kitchen, but the owner left an insecticide spray. Also some mysterios noise, like water dropping, which I could not trace. Also the window to the street should have full meal bars - it would have been safer

Le couchage sur un canapé convertible pas aussi confortable qu'un vrai lit et le marché au bas de la rue le dimanche matin m’empêchant l'accès en voiture.

charme d'ancien immeuble, logement au rez de chaussée . Insonorisation moyenne mais voisinage non bruyant et rue calme. Emplacement ,rue calme à 200m de la station mairie des Lilas. Bon point de départ pour visite pédestre des Lilas, de la rue de Belleville, du parc des Buttes Chaumont....... Bon séjour , belles balades

l'emplacement, juste à coté d'un magnifique marché et un beau theatre, rue calme et belvedere à deux pas. Le decor était décent et bien pensé.
le fait qu'il fallait mettre ses propre draps et qu'en suite il fallait aussi les enlever. Le fait que le drap était taché et qu'il y avait aussi un petit poil rond pile à la hauteur du pubis. Par ailleurs il y a de la moisissure sur le mur qui donne vers l'extérieur et ce serait bien de le mentionner car il peut y avoir des gens allergiques.
