The Garden Studio

The studio was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything we needed was available in both the kitchen and the bathroom, making it feel just like home. Shery had clearly thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful experience throughout our visit. The only unfortunate incident was that the TV stopped working on our last evening. However, what stood out to us was not the fact that we couldn’t watch TV, but the effort Ian put into trying to fix the problem. He spent more than half an hour troubleshooting it, which we greatly appreciated. The location is in a quiet area slightly outside the city center. Despite that, transportation was extremely convenient thanks to the frequent Lothian buses. We traveled using public transport, so I cannot comment on parking, but there seemed to be plenty of on-street parking available nearby. If I return to Edinburgh in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

There is nothing negative about this studio and host family.

This was perfect for us! Great space for three friends to stay whilst exploring Edinburgh. Host was exceptional; we were provided with a lovely welcome basket, help with bus routes and places to visit. Would highly recommend.

Loved the host. Very comfortable and lovely place. Sherry was the kindest and very helpful. Well connected to the bus stop and easy access to the city and yet a calm and peaceful place just 10mins away. Would def come back

The cottage was self-catering but the hosts provided a welcome food pack: Eggs, bread, milk, butter and snacks. All very much appreciated. The location was excellent with easy access to local buses into the city centre and other places of interest.
