The Garden Studio

厨房，卫浴各种等设施都很完善，易于满足生活需要。环境安静但地段不偏僻，进城乘公交25分钟左右，车次很多，十分方便。离海滩20分钟左右步行路程，适合饭后前往散步。房东贴心地准备了欢迎礼，另外得知我是vegan后专门准备了水果燕麦奶和果汁。房东消息回复及时，非常热情，提供许多有用的建议。

沙发床睡眠体验尚有改进空间，没有床头，枕头易掉落。

This was one of our very favorite UK properties. The location was quiet and private and an easy hop onto the bus into downtown Edinburgh or a short pleasant walk through the neighborhood to Portobello Beach. The property was super clean and so pretty! Shery and Ian, the proprietors, were both so helpful and lovely. We had a wonderful stay.

The Garden Studio was perfect for 2 adults and 1 tween. If anything I'd say the studio is larger than it appears in the photos. It is however, as lovely as shown. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city at the end of long days sightseeing. Parking is available, but we had no need for a car during our stay. There are several buses to take you direct to Princes St at very regular intervals from a stop nearby. We loved being able to walk to Portabello Beach. Hosts Shery and Ian are delightful and the welcome basket was appreciated. We would happily stay again.

The studio was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything we needed was available in both the kitchen and the bathroom, making it feel just like home. Shery had clearly thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful experience throughout our visit. The only unfortunate incident was that the TV stopped working on our last evening. However, what stood out to us was not the fact that we couldn’t watch TV, but the effort Ian put into trying to fix the problem. He spent more than half an hour troubleshooting it, which we greatly appreciated. The location is in a quiet area slightly outside the city center. Despite that, transportation was extremely convenient thanks to the frequent Lothian buses. We traveled using public transport, so I cannot comment on parking, but there seemed to be plenty of on-street parking available nearby. If I return to Edinburgh in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

There is nothing negative about this studio and host family.
