We loved Tammy from the moment we walked through the door. She greeted us as though we were old friends coming for a visit. She was always kind happy and caring.
Better communication with housekeeping they didn’t appear to have checked our room trash cans were full. Had to leave a message to have them check our room, empty the trash, replaced towels, etc.. upon arrival one of the chairs was stained

It was a beautiful property. Nice neighborhood. Close to the mountains and also not too far from downtown.
I wish there was more parking spots. We struggled one night to find where to park.

It was super clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly. It was located right along I-70 so it made it super convenient to get to places.
The only thing we noticed we didn’t like was that you could hear the hallway and the people above and below you. It was the worst we’ve experienced but with it beings new hotel we thought it would be a little more sound proof

The app said the price was $110, but they charged me $175. That's way too expensive! It turns out they're deceiving people with low prices and luring them in, but they're actually charging more. That's not good.
