• No parties - if violated, we reserve the right to cancel reservation without refund.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (only allowed if you need to use the air mattress)
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

The aptment was clean, safe, and had great amenities. I came to SLC for a class and could easily walk to class, several restraunts, the mall, and piblic transportation. It was also pretty quiet which I really appreciated. Property management quickly responded to all my questions.

The apartment was new and clean, with most of what we needed during our stay. Getting in and out of the building was easy once we figured it out. The location was convenient to drive wherever we wanted to go. Check-out was simple without many tasks required. Communication with the host was severely delayed, with messages going ignored for weeks between booking and check-in. Check-in instructions were sent mere hours before check-in and only after a lengthy back and forth with VRBO customer service acting as ann intermediary. Instructions on parking were inaccurate and confusing. There weren’t any sheets/pillowcases for the air mattress besides the top sheet. There isn’t a twin bed but rather an air mattress.
