Nestled just West of the Utah state capitol, you could not be in a cuter area. Historical, victorian homes are a plenty. Safe neighborhood.

Joe and Heidi’s home is a comfortable stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home is a very nice place to end the day and is well equipped with all the thoughtful touches like cooking oil, spices, laundry pods, smart tvs etc. Just a short walk in the evening to the capital where you can enjoy the view of the landscape at sunset. The hosts are communicative and were kind enough to be flexible on my checkout time. Thank you for everything!

We had a very short stay in Salt Lake to tour the University of Utah campus-- GO UTES! The property was exactly as listed/pictured. Very clean, close to the campus and everything else in SLC. Great communication with host (quick response time for any questions you might have).

The hosts are very responsive and friendly. It really feels like they just want you to have a pleasant stay. I had to stay two nights alone due to travel delays of my husband and son, but I felt comfortable even though it was close to downtown, and it’s actually nice knowing and seeing that there are other families in the other units that it shares a courtyard with. I appreciated the individual creamers for the coffee! It is such a small but thoughtful touch - saved me from going to the store and wasting a larger container. The beds are really comfortable, too. It’s a chance to try out one of those Purple mattresses that are often advertised on tv . Thanks for a great stay and answering any questions we had. We hope to try out more of your properties in the future since we will be traveling to SLC often because our son attends the U.
