A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

This place was absolutely wonderful for our family trip of 4 to Salt Lake City! The host was very communicative and helpful. Checking in and out of the apartment was seamless and everything in the place made it feel like home! It was centrally located and easy to navigate the city from our place! The beds were comfortable, water hot and all the amenities were fully functional. We will for sure be staying in the Am group when we visit again

We had a fantastic stay at this location. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals.What really stood out was the attention to detail—fresh towels, thoughtful touches like coffee and tea, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and everything I needed (shops, restaurants, attractions) were close by.Steven was incredibly responsive and helpful, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed but also giving me space to enjoy the stay.I’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Salt Lake City, and I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in town!

Location could not have been better. Wonderful views of the mountains and right in the center of the urban living. Grocery located 3 blocks away and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. There is a lot of traffic on the main street right out the condo so try to get upper floor units if possible but it still will be noisy since you are surrounded by tall buildings. We did not use the pool, the hot tub was supposedly out of order and the one gas grill be attempted to use on the deck below us was not operating correctly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked with soaps, shampoo, etc. The full size washer and dryer were fabulous. The kitchen was the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. There were no baking/roasting pans of any type, only pots and pans. There also was no measuring cup or measuring spoons, or crockpot, or a glass bowl to use in the microwave. Maybe most people go out to eat all the time, but we stay in and cook and relax at the end of the day, so this was challenging for us.Host was readily available for questions or issues. Would recommend location.
