Enjoy all that SLC has to offer in this centrally-located, spacious 4 bedroom home with a short walk to our famous Liberty Park and 5 min drive to surrounding mountains! Eateries within few blocks, You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful modern home. This home is ideal for staying in SLC and skiing in resorts, with easy access to i80 east (any direction really). Come back home to relax and unwind in our hot tub after a day on the slopes.
This bright and inviting space offers premium amenities such as high-end finishes, including hardwood floors, 5 flat-screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Kitchen:
Stainless appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, blender, all the kitchen utensils, coffee maker, complete with coffee provided
Seating for six at the kitchen table
Appointed with everything you'll need to make a delicious home-cooked meal
Living Room:
Comfortable sofa and two chairs
Smart TV with Apple TV and streaming services
Built in speakers
4 Bedrooms:
1 King (Upstairs)
2 Queen (Upstairs and downstairs)
1 Double (Downstairs)
All rooms have a closet and/or dresser provide ample storage for your belongings, and Large TVs with optional streaming services to login to your favorite service. The downstairs Queen has a desk and chair for those who need to work remotely. Also we have an extra blow up bed for extra guest that may visit while staying with us.
3 Bathrooms:
2 Large bathtub/shower combo. (Upstairs and downstairs)
1 attached shower only attached to the primary room. (Upstairs)
Soft white towels and toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Backyard:
Private hot tub area, and a fire pit to relax and unwind maybe make some smores.
Your safety is our top priority, and we follow a rigorous disinfection protocol. Our housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay. Throughout the house we have multiple carbon and smoke detectors.
Please note any guest that has a party and additional cleaning is required, guest will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $300.00.

This is an amazing property! We were in town for parents weekend and could not have picked a better place to stay. Absolutely loved it! Bedrooms had comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen had everything you need to host a small gathering. Walking distance to Liberty park to walk the dog. Just loved it! We will definitely be back !

My friends and I had our 25 year reunion and decided to stay downtown for the evening. It was so perfect! Great location, house was super cute and clean. They had a great fire pit with wood in the back. Any question I asked the host got back to me very quickly. Highly recommend.
