Built in 1916, this home is perched high above the Salt Lake valley offering sweeping views and exquisite sunsets. Only a few minutes` walk to the heart of downtown, as well as the Utah State Capitol. From there you can access beautiful City Creek Canyon & Memory Grove for biking, hiking or just to enjoy the canyon stream, all within the city.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this property in December. We were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, beds were nice, and I was moaning about rentals should have chrome casts a minute before I saw there was a chrome cast already hooked up to the tv! Well situated and walkable to downtown even in middle of winter. Will stay here again!

The house itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wish i had been aware of the amount of stairs we would have to climb. The parking is on the street, climb extremely steep steps to access the property. Also didn't know that there was another unit above and the outdoor seating area was only for the upper level. We ended up leaving a day early due to health issues that made climbing the stairs difficult for us.
