Best location in SLC! One block away from downtown and the beautiful state capital building. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easily explore Memory Grove and City Creek Park. Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding looks like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Although we weren’t at the rental much, we came for my sister in laws wedding, it had everything we needed when we were there. It was a very hot weekend and the AC was great! You couldn’t ask for a better location. We will definitely stay again when we got back out to visit!
