Private Beachfront Access: Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean via our private beachfront parking, which includes outdoor showers and restroom facilities. Access to this parking lot is $30 CASH ONLY and must be purchased at the main office upon arrival.
Swimming Pools:
Hickory Grove Pool: A large outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, refurbished in 2011.
Oasis Pool: An indoor pool area featuring a kiddie pool, ideal for year-round swimming.
Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmills, a recumbent bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, and more. A nominal fee is charged for access.
Recreational Facilities:
Playground: Designed for children under 12.
Tennis Courts: Two lighted courts available day or night.
Baseball Field: Open for all to use.
Volleyball Court: Located next to the Community Center.
Horseshoe Pits, Bocce, and Basketball Courts: Equipment available upon request.

Very nice house with just about everything you need. Many extras were included such as toilet paper, soaps, dishwash & laundry detergent, coffee & creamers. Many rentals dont include these. Bonus was 2 golf carts to get around the community. Beach less than 5 min by cart. We had 2 dogs who also enjoyed their stay.

Very nice and very clean house. My family really enjoyed staying for the week. The management company was easy to deal with and responded promptly to messages. The golf carts were a great touch and made going to the beach (even with 6 people) very easy. I will definitely consider this property again.

The location of this property was perfect. The two golf carts was definitely a plus. I was a little unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the outside shower and the cleanliness and appearance of the table outside of the back. The table was filthy, and two of the chairs were pretty much in the wooded area. I also feel the comforter in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It was definitely worn out. The washing machine start button is broken. It has to be messed around with to start. The water on the refrigerator does not work, but the icemaker does. We had no welcome binder with our information in it regarding the home, the Wi-Fi, etc The communication with the host could’ve been better..,Sometimes it took days for a reply after a few sent messages to him.
