This beautiful vintage beach house, which has just been renovated with a new kitchen and new bathrooms, is a block and a half from the beach in Garden City. This gorgeous property sits next to tidal water that connects to the marsh. There's a mini pier along the water that you can fish from or just hang out on and watch the turtles!

We had a great stay with the family. It was a short walk to the beach which was awesome. Karl was very responsive. The house was clean. There was an alligator that liked to hangout in the water where we were fishing and under the dock which was very cool to see but a little concerning with having our kids out there. We did have a great stay!

The house is older but very neat & clean. In a great location and a good choice if you need cover & protection for your motorcycles or motorcycle trailers. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
