Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros
