The residence is 500 m from the center of Palau, 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena with its spectacular marine park, and 30 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena and is surrounded by a dense pine forest with a fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities. Access is via a path (paved, gravel, or grit). Parking on the property.
