About this apartment rental

An ideal starting point for visiting Sardinia’s most popular areas and top attractions. Its location within the resort provides easy and convenient access to the beach (about 50 meters away), making it particularly well-suited for families with children, and the resort is well-organized for guests during the high season. The property is also conveniently located for reaching the town center of Palau on foot in just a few minutes. Sheets and towels are not provided.
The Municipality of PALAU charges a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day.
The quoted price already includes payment for two guests for the selected duration. If there are additional guests, the difference must be paid.

Carlos place is perfectly situated at the beach, and close to all of the shops. I would highly recommend staying with him.

We enjoyed our stay. The place has a good location, on the beach and short walking distance to the center. They have entertainment all day (night show),which our kids loved it,thou they don't speak Italian. You can enjoy at the nice pool - do not forget swimming hat. The apartment is the same as on the photos. We had a great communication with the owner, he was prompted and helped with everything. Hope we come back one day.

House was clean and tidy with very little natural light. However we like a view and that was lacking. Beautiful beach was very close by.
