For shared use: large, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool round (11 m2, depth 140 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 04.Nov.). Terrace, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, bar, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), bicycle rental. Breakfast possible on request (extra). Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln ! Zu wenig Kochgeschirr und Küchenutensilien ! Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnraum, Ausziehcouch war sehr durchgelegen !Comfort Card ist nur eine zusätzliche Preiserhöhung !Fahrräder sind Schrott !Sonnenschirm kostet in Palau 12€ dann bleibt nur noch das Internett und 3 Badehandtücher für 2 Wochen ! Reisetipps: Bucht Spiaggia Cala Capra sehr schön ! La Madalena und Caprera sind sehenswert !

– schöne kleine Anlage– ruhige Lage– sehr nettes Personal (z.B. Sevice an Rezeption)– geräumige Ferienwohnung– Geschirr von schlechter Qualität (Messer nahezu eingeeignet)– eine Schiebtüre der Duschkabine ziemlich kaputt Reisetipps: – Isola Maddalena–Isola Ceprera (mit Garibaldi–Anwesen)– Porto Cervo

Positives:–Lage der FeWo am Rande von Palau ist gut–Große Kühl – Gefrierkombi–Freundliche ReceptionWeniger Positiv:–Küchengeschirr dürftig u. mangelhaft–Kaffeemaschine nur gegen EntgeltDuschwanne am Badeingang Stolperstelle,Duschvorhang zu kurz, deshalb läuft Wasser ins Bad, Kü–Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen gekommen. Reisetipps: Wir machten eine Rennradelwoche, sehr schönes Terrain.Palau ein sehr schöner Ferienort.Santa Teresa mit Capo Testa grandios.Überfahrt nach Korsika für 2 Personen ohne Pkw kostet hin u. zur. 100–110 € !!Costa Smeralda Küste sehr schön, jedoch Trabantenorte, voll auf Touris. Siniscola und dem Monte Albo. La Maddalena ein muss, jedoch überlaufen.
