The location is superb! The condo is cute. The check in and communication was great! The floor was little dirty. The beds could be more comfortable as well.

This 2 BR Condo was perfect for our group of 4. Nice clean 2 BR in a nice and quiet building. Super big pool, maybe a 2 minute walk to putting feet in the Ocean. Great location! We’ve been to Cocoa Beach many times and stayed in a couple different condos and this seems to be the quietest building yet. Family oriented building, easy “Covered” parking right in front of the Units front door, so no lugging stuff up stairs. Publix Supermarket is basically right across the main street, Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner. The Great Cocoa Beach Pier is right outside just 2 buildings down the beach. Restaurants all up and down the Main Street just minutes away. Owner has beach chairs and boogie boards, cooler etc for you to use. We would definitely come back here again. Working with owner Elise was effortless with only 3 easy emails total. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, all kitchen utensils and cookware, plus beach towels and more are provided for you to use. You can also walk nextdoor on the beach to the Best Western or the LaQuinta hotels and rent lounge chairs and big umbrellas on the beach for 30 a day if needed. Our stay included a Space-X Rocket launch, so that was an added bonus. We love the ease of the area as we fly into Orlando, grab the rental car, then a quick easy 40 minute drive across the 528 Beachline Freeway seems effortless to start the Florida fun. Just bring some dollar bills and quarters for the tolls which are 7.00 from Orlando to Cocoa Beach.Thank you Elise!

This ground floor condo fit our needs perfectly. Great location! within easy walking distance to the Pier, Publix and Dunkin. Several restaurants within walking distance. Beach was nice and not to crowded. Pool was nice and clean. This is a ground floor condo so there is no view but it is close to the pool and easy beach access. The condo came equipped for with everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrella, small cooler, boogie boards, buckets, beach ball, football. Furniture was comfortable. Had starter items for coffee ( regular coffee maker not pods), dishwasher and washing machine. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Covered parking which is nice in the florida heat. Would be perfect for watching a launch from the space center. Easy driving distance to visit the space center also. We had four adults and there was more than enough room for us.
