The flat has an entrance from the charming Via Guani, there is no need to climb stairs, but overlooking the public gardens it is on the first floor. Another positive feature is the presence of two bathrooms with showers. The flat has two large bedrooms for a total of five persons, living room, kitchenette and entrance hall.

Levanto, a town of pre-Romanesque origins, lies at the northern end of the seductive villages of the Cinque Terre. The name Levanto derives from the medieval Latin levantem, oriente, meaning 'place to the east of Genoa'.
The town of Levanto has an interesting historical centre, many beautiful painted villas, a lively Wednesday market, good restaurants and shops. In the main square, Piazza della Loggia, there is a delightful 13th-century loggia.
Levanto boasts a particularly mild climate. The long sandy beach is ideal for all bathing activities. It is an excellent base for surfers, who come from all parts of Europe. Also on the beach, there is a swimming pool and a diving centre. In summer there are many concerts and live music events. . The area also boasts an excellent culinary tradition, thanks to the Cinque Terre wines and local fish recipes.
Levanto is an excellent starting point for visiting the villages of the Cinque Terre, either by train, by sea or by excursions.
Genoa, Pisa, Lucca and Florence can easily be visited in one day, by train or car.
