The space

A beautiful stone built barn conversion nestled on the Devon Cornwall border, sitting on communal grounds including pasture land and nature ponds.

Guest access

Elm cottage is all on one level, with a back door and side gate providing access to a private garden overlooking farmland. Guests are welcome to walk the communal land on the property, including nature ponds.

Please be mindful to pick up after your dog in the garden and on the communal grounds. Thank you for keeping the area clean and enjoyable for everyone!
