It.had all you needed unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we were warm and dry
It was a little tired and the TV was not smart. Our visit would have been much better if we'd had the internet

Lovely location. Property very comfortable, with two bathrooms. Bonus!
Some of the equipment needs updating eg the fridge. I fixed the TV aerial myself!
Would have been nice to have small welcome pack, washing up liquid, bin bag, cleaners etc. Just the personal finishing touches are missing.

We loved the location, it was very peaceful. The lodge itself was very spacious (we are a family of 6 and didn’t feel overcrowded) and it was very clean. It had everything that you’d need being away from home such as dishwasher/washing machine. The beds were comfortable and having an en-suite was a bonus.
There is nothing in particular however I would say if your a family looking for a caravan like environment it won’t be to your taste as there are no facilities i.e playground, amusement/entertainment. The lodge does need some touches here and there but that’s about it.

The Retreat was in a lovely location and very warm and had everything we needed and more.
It does need a bit of updating. Things were falling off the wall in the showers and the shower base in the en-suite hadn’t been cleaned.
