Fosfelle Glamping

Totally exceeded our expectations! Originally found via the Gone Fishing programme. The site is so peaceful, with donkeys and an alpaca roaming around. The coach is super funky, has everything you need from a fan to a log burner. Tea, coffee and milk was kindly provided. Bed is super comfy, and the coach has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Never used the hot tub or onsite bar, although highly recommend the short walk into town to visit The Anchor Inn pub which serves outstanding food and hosts live local music. Location, Bertram Hotel is quirky standing amongst the perfect scenery, Perfect sunset, friendly donkeys, the Alpacas were great, two lovely Goats. Secluded hot tub John and Iris being the perfect host, so friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Free roaming Donkeys, Alpacas and the crazy small horse. Plenty of tea and coffee in the coach. Lovely thick additional blankets were a nice touch for the cold weather. You could call direct if we needed anything. The log burner was well stocked and good. The hot tub was good too.

Lovely spot/outlook.

Too cluttered. On first look it was lovely but closer inspection was opposite. Windows dirty and grimy all around. Lots of cobwebs and spiders including on the bed. Musty bedding which made breathing difficult. Stains on couch, cushions in lounge. Cushion covers clearly not cleaned recently. No hand sanitizer or covid notices on the bus. Broken chair. Heating difficult to use as just didn’t work for us? Consequently cold in evening/morning. Beds uncomfortable/ too hard.
