Step inside and you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting open-plan living space designed for comfort and relaxation. Sink into the plush sofas, put your feet up, and enjoy a cosy evening in front of the TV after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a lazy holiday breakfast to a romantic evening meal, best enjoyed together over a chilled glass of wine while planning the next day's adventures. When the sun is shining, take advantage of the peaceful outdoor space. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's private woodland, which has been thoughtfully designed with steps, bridges and boardwalks to provide easy access through the natural surroundings- There is also a spacious paddock available for guest use, offering plenty of outdoor space to relax and explore - Both the woodland and paddock are ideal for guests bringing their dogs, providing wonderful opportunities for walks and exercise within the grounds. Guest Laundry: A complimentary guest laundry is available on-site for guests to use throughout their stay, providing added convenience during longer visits.

Town: The bustling village of Hartland, with its nearby colourful quay and lighthouse, provides visitors with a wide selection of amenities, including an interesting craft shop, good pubs and several great places to eat. Just one mile out of the village situated within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, lies Hartland Abbey, where visitors can peruse the stunning collection of paintings and porcelain before relaxing in the Abbey's beautiful gardens. Alternatively the nearby coastal headland of Berry Head, with its dramatic cliffs and coves, offers excellent walking and nature watching opportunities. The pretty, car-free village of Clovelly lies just five miles away and is renowned for its flower-strewn cottages, steep cobbled streets, 14th century harbour and The Milky Way Adventure Park, home to Devon's biggest rollercoaster, whilst a short drive leads to another fun-packed and educational family day out at The Big Sheep, a fantastic adventure park. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude, Bideford and Instow are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
