I want refund. There was no stay

I was staying for 1 night. Property gave me access code which didn't work and so couldn't enter. So I had to spend the whole night at the airport. They don't answer phone.

Nice hotel in previous times

Parking place, good breakfast

Not conditioned, noisy from street side, some broked facilities, old/used room surroinding needs renovation, rude receptionist (morrning).

Breakfast was nice, friendly stuff.

Tv remote wasn’t working, we did not get the room that was in the pictures, but they change room to a little bit bigger, this hotel has balcony only in two rooms, so choose rooms carefully, children under two years arent included in breakfast and they dont get extra bed, only a crib (our 2yo do not sleep in a crib), so do not choose triple room for family of 4. The sheet was torn.

Parking was fine.

Sadly the list is long. Bed was dirty, uneven and had hairs in the bedding. The carpets was ripped and large gaps. The bathroom had a broken toilet switch, a broken shower door and signa of mould. The outside was noisy and the room temperature unbearable. The so called awesome breakfast we tried scrambled eggs and bacon got severed scrambled eggs, fatty chunks of bacon and 3 slices of small bread for 2 to share. Not good value . Neighbors having intimate times were very audible. A surprise ear ring in our luggage left question marks. Seriously needs renovating, stained walls and marka on ceiling. Bedding was uncomfortable and left you itchy and sweating every day. Wish I had some positives as I don't usually complain this wasn't a good experience. Oh one positive the fridge kept our drinks ice cold of a little noisy!!! Wouldn't return....

It was cheap enough that we could afford taxis to the city centre and the staff were happy to call a taxi for us. Clean hotel with friendly staff.

It was a long way from the centre of Gdansk. The restaurant/bar closed very early between 8.30 and 9pm.

Staff was really nice, but wasnt helpful with my gluten free breakfast requirement.

I had confirmation from hotel in advance they are providing gf breakfast, also they state it here. Unfortunately, gluten free breakfast in my world doesnt mean they will tell me to choose SOMETHING from the menu and sorry, we do not have any bread. In my world where I get confirmation on gluten free bread I do not have to go to the closest shop to buy one. They do that for me. Bed had terrible mattrace which was too soft. After three nights it was half thick.

good location, friendly staff, parking

it was a bit too cold, heating was not working in the evenings (only later at night) and it was quite laud at night ( from the bathroom, other rooms)
