The staff were friendly and polite, they helped us very much as we don't speak polish, they are all very professional, the breakfast was fresh and varied, I would recommend this establishment to everyone going to gdansk, thank you all very much.

Perfect location by the Oliwa park and and the tram station. Nice breakfast and very helpful and kind staff.

Beds a bit too firm and pillows a bit too soft. Ok, but would have loved a bit more quality of the bed for an (even) better nights sleep.

A good choice for the vacation in Gdańsk area.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is pretty close to Gdańsk centre, Sopot and the Oliwa Zoo. The room was spacious enough for all of us, the bathroom was big and clean. The food was good and there were a lot of choices for everybody. There is an excellent Pierogarnia Mandu very close to the hotel which serves perfect traditional Polish dumplings of all kinds as well as delicious deserts and a few kinds of craft beer; this is an great place to have dinner as the hotel restaurant is not open in the evening.

It would be nice if the parking were free of charge for the hotel guests.

Comfortable stay in calm and green part of Gdansk

The hotel had very good location, 5 minutes from Oliwa Train Station in pleasant and green (Park Oliwski just opposite) area. Its between Sopot/Gdynia and Gdansk so great starting point to see the whole area. There were also shops and restaurants in short walking distance. The hotel is modern and clean. Room was small but with everything we needed for our short stay, Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with all necessary products.

If someone hopes to be in the city center then it can be a bit disappointing. The heart of Gdansk or another cities can be easily reached with train or public transport but it is not a walking distance. Complimentary tea/coffee in a room is always a nice thing which was missing here. There was a bar downstairs but things had to be bought there. The double bed was a bit small for two.

Good place to stay

Friendly staff, kindly allowed me to check-in earlier and check-out later. Very good breakfast, nice location close to Oliwa park and other city sites

Great hotel, good breakfast

Good location, easy enough access. Close to public transport including trams and train station. Food store just round the corner. Breakfast with plenty choice. And if you feel hungry in the evening, the best restaurant serving pierogi ( Polish dumplings) is just 3 mins walk away called O'Mandu.

Only things missing in the room I stayed in was USB plugs to charge portale electronic device - worth considering for travellers from countries with different plugs.

We went for a concert in Ergo Arena and the hotel is very close to that. Great breakfast too.
