About this farm stay rental
Welcome to our spacious Cape Cod style farmhouse, built in the 1900s and located at the end of the historic Red Brick Road in beautiful Happy Valley. Just 5 minutes from major highways, our home offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, featuring a serene creek and a sport court for your enjoyment. Enjoy fresh cherries from our garden and our amazing bird sanctuary, where you can enjoy watching a variety of local feathered friends, from Black-capped Chickadees, Red-breasted Nuthatch, American Robin, House Finch, and Dark-eyed Junco. You can also find a variety of other birds like Woodpeckers, Jays and Crows, Blackbirds, Sparrows and our favorite - the hummingbird! This property is ideal for families, groups, and those seeking a peaceful getaway.
The owner resides in a separate, independent accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with its own full kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace, and private entrance and exit from the back. This ensures complete privacy for guests, allowing for a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you!

This house is gorgeous and the property is stunning and so serene. The house is the perfect mix of vintage with just the right amount of updates for comfortable modern living. The hosts are wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. They have taken a lot of care in a ton of tiny details in the house that really make a difference and are beautiful. They even baked fresh blueberry muffins for our arrival that were delicious and provided complimentary snacks! Kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and tool you could possibly need, made cooking so nice! Would absolutely stay again and would recommend. The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the house which is to be expected in a vintage home, but there are fans and one air conditioning window unit. Since the windows don't have screens and many of them don't open since it's an old house, that would be tough in the dead of summer. Adding some optional air conditioning window units for each bedroom and maybe one downstairs for the main living area would easily make a stay in the hot summer very comfortable.

We visited Redmond as an adult family of 6 adults and two toddlers to attend a daughter’s graduation. The home is spacious, and very clean. Every thoughtful amenity was provided, with clear guest information. The location is charming, and the property was peaceful and serene… Even though it’s right off, I mean highway.. post had great communication and were very accommodating!
