Fully equipped kitchen with industrial grade chefs cooking range with stove and oven to practice your culinary skills. Your cooking skills will shine with the BBQ Grill right on the deck. House Rules: •No shoes inside the property. •No smoking in the house. Only permitted outside the house a minimum of 25 ft away from the house. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. •Check-out time is 10am. •Check-in time is 4pm. •No extra/ overnight guests (have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). •No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time). •No moving / rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified). •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, firestick, etc. •No pre-check in bag storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee). •No pets. •No disrespecting / disturbing neighbors. •No parking anywhere on property other than assigned spaces we show you. •No loud noise or music past 10 pm. We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken*

A group of 6 of us stayed here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. The house is plenty big enough with room for everyone, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was nice and clean. I would 10/10 recommend this property. The kitchen was great to cook in as well.

This property has the most stunning view of Lake Sammamish you’ll ever see. The home is beautifully appointed with modern features, smart TVs for all your streaming needs, comfortable beds, and the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen.
Deep is super accommodating and always quick to respond with any questions you may have during your stay.
Highly recommend Deep’s place for any potential renters looking for a perfect place to stay in the Seattle area!! 5 stars all the way around.

We just stayed at this property last week. The property location is awesome, close to all site seeing and overlooking the lake was beautiful. My complaint is that the property was pretty filthy. The kitchen looked like it had not been cleaned. Everything was dirty and I'm not exaggerating, almost every dish was dirty. There was food on platters, coffee cups with coffee and lip marks, glasses had what looked like dirty fingers that had just drank out of them, pots and pans that had dirty handles, silverware all looked smudged and dirty. There is a beautiful Jenn-Aire oven and stove with food build-up on stovetop around the burners. The floors were dirty. Our shower still had the previous renters soap wrapper, open body wash, open tiny shampoo bottle, dirty shower door. Gross. I sent the owner pictures. The owner did offer to have someone come and re-clean the property but was having a hard time finding someone on a holiday weekend. By then we literally ran every dish and utensil through the dishwasher and cleaned our own shower. I asked the owner if he would refund our cleaning fee. He went radio silent on me. I felt like that would be the fair thing to do. I wasn't asking for anything more than that. All of this might have had more to do with the cleaning company than owner but I think it's horrible business to not even respond to me. The home just needs a little TLC. After we cleaned the place, our family had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. Home has great potential.
