Secluded private single-family house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 livings rooms, sleeps 8, 4 cars parking, with over 1,000 sq. ft. deck with a partial view of Lake Sammamish on a quarter-acre lot with half fenced off suitable for kids or pets.
This place is very comfortable, private, modern with craftsman-style touches throughout. Master bedrooms with Tempur Pedic mattress. All amenities, such as internet, AC, are included. You will enjoy a 65 inch 3D SmartTV from an oversized lounger or reclining leather couch upstairs and another 50" inch Smart TV in the downstairs family room. Linens, towels, paper products are provided. Both kitchens are fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, etc..
You will enjoy the 2012 friendliest town in the US, according to CNN news along with miles of hiking, biking, running trails around the lake and in the close by the Cascade Mountains for more serious hikes.
There is a number of major ski resorts close by, with Snoqualmie Pass only 40 miles from the house. And for the daredevils, the Seattle Paragliding is less than 10 miles away in the city of Issaquah.
It is only 1.2 miles to grocery shopping, 8 miles to the city of Bellevue, and less than 20 miles to hustling and bustling Seattle.
Like to try luck in poker or slot machines? There is a number of casinos in the state of Washington, with the newest Snoqualmie Casino only 18 miles away.

The house is great. Plenty of room. Great view of the lake between the trees. Really enjoyed the deck! Only suggestion would be to add another twin bed or two. But still 5 stars!

Our family stayed in Yvette's wonderful house for 3 months while we sold our own home and prepared to move overseas. Yvette is an attentive, friendly and kind host who did everything to make our stay wonderful.The house is spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Good wifi coverage too. It is perfectly located just minutes from the center of Sammamish, yet feels quiet, secluded and peaceful. Lots of wildlife too (see pic of deer). The garden is large and beautiful and is supplemented by a huge deck populated with lots of seats, and container flowers and plants. Overall a lovely stay, in a lovely house, managed by a lovely host!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Sammamish. The owner was very communicative and the location was gret. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake.
