Convenient Bellevue 2 BR 2 Bath Lakeview House

Nice place but it is not a house being rented, it is the bottom floor of a 2 story house, with guests upstairs. Also problematic -the thermostat was upstairs. Arriving after dinner, by the time we got settled, it was pretty cold in the downstairs and we had to contact the manager who couldn't contact the tennants upstairs. The heat didn't turn on until 3am. Other than that it was a nice 2/2 with a nice view of the lake.

Peaceful and quiet, nice location, clean

Stayed for family wedding - spacious - - split floor plan - very quiet - comfortable setting with nice finishes throughout .lovely views of lake - deer in adjacent lot . Nice sun in morning and mid-day . Easy access to I 90 and eastgate . Perfect Bellevue / Issaquah location if you want both . Wedding was in Issaquah and events in Bellevue . Clean - all you need and look for in VRBO - thank you for making your lovely home available

Upon arrival, we didn't have check in details and there were items in the driveway so we couldn't park. After 2 days of driving, we just wanted off the road. The home is nice and is as described, but the owners are definitely on the property and active in your stay. Between the son constant messages and stopping by when only 1 person of our party was at the property it made things VERY uncomfortable. They were a part of our 5 day stay every single day. When booked, the description did not say they are living upstairs, which you are very aware of throughout the day. The construction during the day in the garage right next to the unit was also disruptive. When it was our last day the mother asked me when we were leaving because the cleaner was not able to come and they had a check in that same day. She asked when we would be leaving so they can get in. I told them I would let them know, but it would be before the 11 am check out time. The son also came downstairs to talk to the ONE person at the property and relayed the same message, she told him the same thing. I woke up to another message asking when we would be out and if we could leave early. I do not like having to write this because the mother was so sweet and accommodating with a beautiful home in a great neighborhood.
