Wheelchair accessible. Parking available. Located on .7+ acre, one of the largest private properties on lake Sammamish. Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. Sharing the lake front only with the owner and his guests.

Our host Hamid was very welcoming and gracious about any questions we had. He made our stay a memorable experience. The property is well cared for and supports a variety of water activities, berry picking and hosting for family and friends. We felt like we stayed with family.

Clean quiet, perfect for our stay. Grandchildren living nearby loved the trail, dock, and beach. We hope to return in summer to enjoy the diving board!

The space was clean and modern. The short walk to the lake was nice and Hamid was very kind and responsive. The apartment is below the main house and unfortunately, the noise from above was loud and kept us up. The TV was extremely loud and there was lots of floor noise until after midnight three of the nights we stayed, which is why I am giving 3 stars (maybe the owners son and friends?) Also note the west side of the lake is not the side with the dedicated bike/walking path. If you want to do those activities from the house, you are on the main road. Had it not been for the excessive noise at night, I would stay there again, but unfortunately, the noise was just too much too late at night for us.
