Location and some of the staff.
Ridiculous prices for the value offered, and for that price they would not even offer juice for lunch. Not acceptable.

The cleanliness, excellent location
The hotel looks beautifully but, very dated. The room and furniture need urgent renovation. Breakfast was inconsistent. The wellness is very limited.The "Private Beach" description is somewhat miss leading.
