Location and some of the staff.
Ridiculous prices for the value offered, and for that price they would not even offer juice for lunch. Not acceptable.

Is ok, stuff is friendly and helpful, it doesn't compensate for the rest, though.
Way away from a ***** hotel; all is average, from rook size, view, cleanliness, elevators, breakfast offering and everything else. I do not recommend, but in the city I suppose all is at the same level; it is a pity
