The location was great, with direct access to the beach. Staff were accommodating — they agreed to change our room after we were initially given one that had a connecting door to another guest room, which felt very uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent, though not very varied: eggs (scrambled and boiled), toast, cheese, bacon, some biscuits with jam and Nutella, plus juices, water, cucumbers, and tomatoes. It was enough for us, especially since we only had breakfast there twice — but I imagine it could get repetitive if you stayed a full week.

The hotel restaurant was disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our food, the prices were comparable to the most expensive places in Mamaia, and the quality was barely average. Definitely not worth the wait or the cost.

Nice location, right on the beach.

Advertised as 4* hotel, but barely make it to a 3* level (overpriced) in my view. All carpets (both in the room and the hallways) very dirty. Very small room. Though the hotel advertises free parking available and EV charging possible onsite, in reality the parking is heavily undersized and no available parking lots were available (all full), therefore we needed to park on the main street in a paid parking. The parking spaces dedicated for EV charging are used as regular parking spaces by hotel guests therefore make any EV impossible to charge. The reception employees stressed that those spaces are not theirs, but the property of the municipality (right on main the entrance of the hotel), though their guest used them during our stay there. Though, available EV charging onsite was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel, we were forced to find a shopping mall and spend extra time traveling and charging our EV. So if you travel your EV do not count on the EV charger availability (or the available parking), you are better off with other accommodation options. Breakfast was included in the same location as it was for guests who paid the "all inclusive" packages, but you can eat the cheapest low quality food, served in large quantities by grumpy personnel. TV remote was broken, but no fix provided. Definitely not a 4* experience and we will not come back again.
