I liked the most the location and the cleanliness. You can see that the hotel is not new but it is exactly next to the beach which is really good.
I didn't have breakfast because I know I would have been disappointed therefore I prefered to eat somewhere else.
A renovation of the building would be a good start.

Failed early booking. They confirmed 10-11(on the day of the booking ) early check in and when I arrived they said no rooms available.Waited 6 hours in the hotel lobby s.
