We had a nice stay. The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most of the places we needed to go, and close proximity to the metro station. The only complaints we have are minor and easily fixable. The balcony had an overflowing ashtray and a lot of debris on it. Must have been missed during the cleaning. And the shower door was too high from the bottom, and the water was flowing to the floor. Other than that,

Zero response to my communication during the stay. Lots of little things I asked to have liked addressed - any of them on their own would not have been a big deal (except the bedding issue) but together and left unanswered was unacceptable. For example, one of the bedrooms had only one working lightbulb. The others were burnt out and unfortunately the window provided very little light. One of the beds did not have sheets (flat or fitted), just two duvet covers folded on top of an old mattress cover to sleep on. The sheets on the other bed were worn out and thin. Blankets were heaped in a drawer, not folded and did not look clean. Only two thin small bath towels per bedroom for a 5 night stay. There was no laundry rack for drying. Shower and bathroom were not clean to a sanitary standard (floors and walls). Also be aware no coffee pods or toiletries provided - plan to get those things at Lidl.
Positives:
Great location, central to everything and close to dining and grocery.
Easy to access, check in instructions were clear.
Quiet on week nights, fun street party vibe on weekends.
Seemed very safe. Close to Metro.
Spacious kitchen and living area.
Prior to stay the host quickly responded to my request to shift my dates one day, so I was very surprised during the stay my email and Whatsapp messages went unanswered.
For the money it may be is a get what you pay for situation. But overall disappointing stay especially with the bedding, light bulbs, and lack of communication.
