About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming 100 m² house in Pavant, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a lovely 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 200 m². Wifi 7 (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with massage shower and toilet
- Access to a 4 m² balcony
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190), one single bed (90×200) and one cot
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190) and one folding bed (80×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190)
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, changing table, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 16 m² terrace and an enclosed garden of around 200 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Pavant, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay (only one pet allowed), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
