Peaceful house with garden of 750m², with a terrace and a large table, protected by a mechanical awning. The house is composed of 6 rooms including 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A main room of 32 m2 used as a dining room with wood stove, 1 living room TV area and a small open kitchen.
On the first floor:

- a TV area / library
- a toilet and a bathroom with shower cubicle
On the 1st floor:
- 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (140x200 beds), 2 bedrooms with two single beds
Baby cot possible on request

- a 750m² fenced garden and cedar hedge
- Parking for up to 3 cars

The house has lent you entire with the garden at your disposal
All around which to walk with marked hiking trails, many possibilities for walks and areas for children.
From here you are 1 hour from Paris, 25 minutes from Provins and the medievals, 25 minutes from Sens and its parks.
35 minutes away you can enjoy a leisure center with an artificial beach and other activities.
The Oriental Forest and its lakes are about 1h20 away and can do a full day activity.

The house received us and saw our children grow up. It is modest but is a refuge to spend good times in complete serenity.
We ask you to take care of this house as if it were your own and to return it in a suitable state of cleanliness. The fees offered by the site cover the setting up of the beds and household linen and the disinfection of them.
We remain accessible and reachable during your stay. Communication by message is desired, except in absolute emergencies.
The house is equipped with a wood stove.
Faced with the difficulty of obtaining it and the incessant increase in prices, we only provide a first batch of wood. If you wish and on request, we can provide you with it at the price of 20 euros per charge of the additional wooden rack. Payable in advance.
It is also possible to buy from DIY stores in Nogent sur seine, Sens or Bray/seine, sold in nets.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made and a set of towels per person will be left in each room.
For your departure Please unpack each bed and gather all the linen in each room (towels and sheets).
We ask everyone to do the cleaning when you leave the rental and to put away the dishes. The cleaning fee shown is the rental preparation fee.

the house fulfilled the remit as a good place to stay for a family with young children. My sister and I met up with my brother and his family who live in Germany. There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc.
We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well.
The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good.
We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs as they kept slipping off! Also the TV room was cold but we preferred sitting in the large kitchen with the woodburner anyway. A fire guard for the burner would have been good for child safety.
We liked the area and the village, we didn't manage to visit the church but it looked to be very historic and worth a visit inside. We bought bread and patisserie from the boulangerie patisserie in Trainel and can recommend it.
We also went to Provins and Nogent and the nature reserve north of there. All worth a visit too.
