About this house rental
Very nice house located in the center of the village, built in 1856 and very well maintained.
In a quiet area, a stone's throw from Epernay and Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Between land and vineyards.
The accommodations are ideal for a family, it is composed of 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. a shower and 2 toilets.
a hot tub all year round. We also have a playroom for children in a playhouse and baby facilities.
Pets are welcome (we only accept dogs and cats).
YOU CAN MAKE VISITS TO THE VINEYARD.
Visits to cellars in Epernay and Reims. The lake of Der, Chalons in Champagne. And virtues the white hillsides.
I am located near the accommodation, and I am available for your questions, and help you with visits. Sandrine gives you a welcome in champagne. Beds made on your arrival. Towels provided. Spa supplement 10€ per day. (the SPA is only for 4 people maximum) The heating for the house is put on from October 1st to May 1st. The spa is not a swimming pool or a bathtub;
Please respect the premises in the chalet.

Thank you for welcoming us so well in your property.
We were very impressed by the place, spacious space for all the family. Spa for the adults and swimming pool for the kids were very much appreciated.
We were well welcome by the host who left a homemade rhubarb pie and a bottle of champagne for our stay 24
Nearest shop / boulangerie is 15 mins drive away

Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub.
Great place for a relaxing stay with friends.
Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French!
