It comprises an attractive 29 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 40 m² garden. First floor :
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely south-facing 40 m² enclosed garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Grandrieux, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, cafés and restaurants are close by.

What to do:
- Visit the fortified church of Saint-Nicolas, a listed historic monument.
- Discover Parfondeval, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
- Follow the "La Pigasse" trail through washhouses, hedged farmland and rural landscapes.
- Join the Val de Serre hiking trail, 16 km between Montcornet and Résigny, on foot or by bike.
