Excellent service and wonderful staff, especially Ms. KiKi!
We had ordered some items from Taobao to be delivered to the hotel. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the parcel did not arrive before we checked out, and a refund had to be processed.
The refund process through the Taobao platform turned out to be more complicated than expected, especially since we had already returned to our home country. The courier encountered several issues when trying to collect the parcel for the refund, leaving us with no choice but to contact the hotel for assistance.
Fortunately, Ms. KiKi went above and beyond to help us. She was patient, responsive, and took the initiative to coordinate with the courier, allowing the refund process to be completed successfully. We truly appreciate her outstanding support and dedication.
To anyone planning a trip to Chengdu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Not only is the service exceptional, but the location is also very convenient, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you once again, Ms. KiKi, for making a stressful situation so much easier!
