    The room assigned to me has faulty aircon and urine odour. I feedback and was told the aircon is THIS HOT for all guests. A new room assigned to me and they shut off the power TWICE in a night without a single apology. I was holding my parcels and the staff told me “no outside food”. For that hefty price tag, I recommend fellow travellers to seek other luxury hotels.

    We travelled as a family of 3 adults. The staff were attentive from the moment we checked in all the way to checkout. Big kudos especially to Celine! She made sure our stay was very comfortable and pleasant, frequently checking in on us. The breakfast spread was amazing as well! Loved the Dan Dan noodles, could have this everyday! Again, kudos JW marriot Chengdu Team!

    Upon checking in, we received our superior double room. It smelled like smoke despite the room/hotel being fully “non-smoking”. When asking for another room, we were downgraded to a cheaper double room to “accommodate” our complaint. This room’s AC does not work well, always stuck at 24C. I was tired of moving, this hotel is a poorly run JW Marriott. I would not return.
