The location was excellent, as the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and well-suited for a family stay. However, some of the in-room amenities were quite old and showed signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning very well, and some of the furniture was worn and damaged. Overall, despite these minor issues, we were happy with our stay and appreciated the spacious accommodation and excellent location.

Spacious and nice hotel to stay with family. Good proximity to Raffles City for convenience and food. Towels aren’t clean but the staff were nice and quick to replace them. Level 17 was supposed to be no smoking floor but one of the guest at that floor keeps smoking outside the corridor resulting in smoke smell came into the room. But the staff were quick to identity the culprit and adviced them not to smoke! Overall a good experience despite minor hiccups as the staff could solve problems very fast! We would come Back to Stay with them.
