Friendly and helpful staff, good supply of beverages, taste local breakfast and get your laundry cleaned and delivered to your room.
The lift can be a bit slow and lobby area smells of hotpot mala. Not easy to find if you don't have Baidu map.

The room is nice and clean, perfect location, super convenient but no noise at night when I sleep, Staffs are very helpful and they have lauded which is so helpful that I had to try for the first time and I loved it.
The only thing I didn’t like is the elevator wait is crazy and can be like 20 minutes and no lobby on first floor which is confusing. Staffs were big help and very friendly tho. Overall great experience

Disappointed the coffee machine stay 3 days for breakfast but not a cup of normal taste come out at all why ?
