    Unfort5I realized too late that the non-smoking room I'd booked was not it. It got worse every time I came back to the room. As it was a short stay I left it. Also, when I checked in, they said they'd upgraded me. Well I ended up with a standard room a long walk from the lift with a tiny window.

    Atour Hotel on Fuxing Street is in a very convenient location. It’s only a 5–8 minute walk to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and IFS, where you can see the famous giant panda climbing down the building. From IFS, you can easily continue shopping at Taikoo Li. Chunxi Road Metro Station is also right next to IFS, making it very convenient to get around Chengdu. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The guest relations staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Chengdu.

    Will never stay again at this chain hotel. First day was so disappointed, ask is there some pillow to select, responded with rude attitude NO , you are not entitled. When ask further , they said booked through agoda is not entitled. This is the first time that I encountered such a response, which mean booking through agoda is kind of cheap.
