Fijne locatie midden in het centrum maar toch rustig en alle facaliteiten zoals trein, supermarkt in de omgeving aanwezig. Het incheken was via een mailtje en dat ging prima. We hebben geen personeel gezien.
We waren er 4 nachten en kregen 1 kleine handdoek en 1 grote handdoek per persoon. Dat vond ik wat weinig als je 5 dagen in het appartenent ben. Dus ik zou als je meerdere nachten gaat een extra handdoek meenemen.

Nicely decorated. Good facilities. 5 minutes from train station.
Lots of steps up. Fine for us but could be hard if you have issues with stairs or heavy suitcase. Communications before arrival were sometimes a bit slow. But person who met us at the property was lovely and helpful.

Je recommande fortement ce logement, idéalement situé en plein coeur de Florence. Calme, propre, agréable, tout pour plaire pour un séjour en couple.
