A pleasant stay in wonderful Belfast.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The property was in a nationalist area which was reassuring since my car has a ROI registration plate. It was < 10 minutes drive into town and is close to a Centra shop should you need something. I didn't have any concerns walking to the shop.

Clean and welcoming home with great amenities

The house was nice, very clean, and welcoming, and we appreciated that it was well-stocked with everything we needed. The reclining sofas from the living room were a delightful touch – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The major issue during our stay in mid-November was the inconsistent heating. The system seemed to be programmed to drop the temperature automatically to 16-18°C after only an hour or so, regardless of the temperature we set. This required constant manual adjustment and made the house feel pretty cold for the majority of our stay.

Well appointed recently refurbished property with no shortage of home comforts

Well appointed recently refurbished property - good location, great communication with host, comfortable beds and comfortable living room (with a fine big tv) not to mention a massive master bedroom and well finished bathroom with modern shower over the bath. Spotless throughout and more than enough kitchen utensils, plates, mugs and cutlery to service all. A nice blackout blind with curtains in the second bedroom was greatly appreciated (as someone who is sensitive to light) - vertical blinds and curtains in master so no issues there either! Quiet neighbourhood, parking on street outside house and local shop around the corner.

Fairly steep stairs (as you'd expect from an older Belfast house) with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs mightn't be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Great communication very pleasant and accommodating with check in/out times, House itself was great spacious and modern had everything we needed ! Shop also a 1 min walk away which was great for our stay , Parking on path outside house was no issue and quiet neighbour hood , would return and recommend ! Thank you for a great stay Donna !

Appartamento non in centro ma a pochi minuti di auto dal centro (meno di 10 minuti). Appartamento spazioso e pulito, con cucina attrezzata, sala con tv, due camere e piccolo spazio all'aperto sul retro. Tutto estremamente confortevole e perfetto anche per le famiglie con bambini. Il proprietario ci ha preparato un lettino (travel cot) dove nostro figlio ha dormito perfettamente. Il vero pregio per noi è stato quello di poter soggiornare in un quartiere vero, in mezzo alla storia ed ai murales di Belfast piuttosto che in un albergo che avrebbe certamente appiattito l'esperienza senza offrire alcun comfort in più.
