The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also arranged transportation for us to Nuwara Eliya, which made our trip much easier. Breakfast was good.
It's a bit outside the city, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk if you want to go out for dinner. Also, the walls are quite thin, so noise from other rooms can be heard easily.

The ambiance was great, staffs were very helpful and calm. The place was neat and clean. Rooms were very spacious and everything was provided. Would revisit here

Beautifully decorated hotel, fantastic service, and a well-equipped room. Honestly, I can’t think of any downsides except that I was only there for one night.
