The host is responsive and always in touch if needed. Supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance, tram and bus stops are located near the house. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the windows was also beautiful.
The soundproofing is very poor and every day from morning till night I heard the neighbors turning on the radio. The kitchen is quite cold. Also you could hear an unpleasant smell from the toilet (from the pipes).

Everything was perfect: one of the best stays I've had. The flat felt more like a home than a "stay." Levente's communication was clear, and he really went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location was perfect. The flat was fully equipped with everything I needed and much more.
The only slight annoyance was the noise I heard from neighbours: whoever lives next door has their TV playing quite loud every day from ~07:00 until ~23:00. It didn't interfere with my sleep or cause any real inconvenience, but it would have been much nicer without.
