Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, közel a tomegkozlekedes és a belváros, de ugyanakkor csendes környezetben.
A lakás szép, de vannak hiányosságok, pl. a wc ajtót nem lehet becsukni(javítást ígényel), padló koszos volt.

It was a very quiet home, indeed. The residents living in the house respect each other, which was nice to see. Excellent location, near the castle district. Close to metro and many trams and buses, as well as nice restaurants. Very kind manager, good communication.
The parquet and the bed make noises. I felt sorry for the neighbours. The bathroom door couldn't be closed, it stayed 10cm wide open, which is ok if you are alone, but might be disturbing when sharing the flat with friends or colleagues. If this could be fixed, that would be great.

Lokalizacja była bardzo korzystna, mimo to na placu kamienicy było mnóstwo śmieci (oczywiście jest to czynnik niezależny od gospodarzy), natomiast samo mieszkanie czyściutkie. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami to również duży plus.
Niezależnie od gospodarza zaśmiecenie oraz znikoma ilość słońca docierająca przez okna. Brakowało jednego krzesełka przy stoliku i mogłoby być trochę więcej kuchennych przyborów oraz stolik nocny, aby można było położyć na nim książkę lub telefon podłączony do ładowania.
