Very new modern house on a large private section. The hosts were just next door (but not too close). The Spa pool was great. The kids had a great time. The heat pump was great and it was easy to warm the house up. The beds were super comfortable. Really quiet. Everything you need is provided.
It is a 6 minute drive to shops and restaurants. (So I suggest buying food before you arrive, everything you need for cooking is provided.)
It would be nice to have a heater in the bathroom for cold morning.

Location and the home were fantastic. Perfect being slightly out of the Cromwell township and having a spa to soak up the central Otago sunsets. The home is new, well heated and ventilated and is comfortable at 30 degrees or 14 (I know because the weather switched halfway through my stay)! Felt like a bit of a waste staying by myself as the home can certainly host three couples comfortably!
I guess the only thing to note is that if you're making your own meals there is no dishwasher so you will be handwashing dishes. No drama for me, just surprising with how well specced the rest of the property is.

The property was clean, tidy and well appointed. Was ideal for three friends on a golf trip with 3 bedrooms and two toilets. Spa was a bit dated but clean. Good clear entry instructions for our entry and stay at the property. Very handy to Highlands Park.
A little bit of a drive to shops and restaurants but we were expecting that.
