About this house rental
Quiet house situated at an end of a long driveway to give you peace away from any traffic noise. The house is approximately an 8 minute walk away from main street of Arrowtown, the river loop walking track is basically at the end of the driveway.
Golf courses, summer trails, fine restaurants, and wineries abound in the area, and it’s only 15 minutes to the ski fields for fresh powder all winter
The space
Quiet cosy house, has a log fire in the living/dining/kitchen for those chilly winter nights, a heat pump in hallway, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with a large deep bath, shower and toilet. Large front yard for the kids to play on with plenty of parking for your cars.
Other things to note
No access to garage - plenty of parking on property.
Extra cleaning to Co-vid 19 Standards are undertaken after every check out (eg: sanitizing all surfaces including door knobs and wash all bed linen and towels in hot water).

Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and just as close to the river walk.Fireplace and ample wood supply much appreciated.If we wanted to look for something negative it would be the shower head needs fixing.

Quiet & secure, back-section property. Clean, tidy, older home, well presented with comfortable beds & nice bedding, plenty of room, cosy fireplace with a heat pump in the hallway as well. Easy check-in and great communication with host. Easily fitted in our extended family.
